Refund policy

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, all items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • sizing issues
  • change of mind
  • general wear or use
  • accidental damage after delivery

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at olivia@timelessbabe.com within 5 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags attached
  • with the hygienic liner intact

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under local consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
