Please note that all items from our first drop are preorders. This means your order will be made after purchase and shipped once production is complete.
Preorder Timeline
Preorders are expected to ship within 5-6 weeks after the preorder period closes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days after your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for a flat rate. Delivery times vary by country, but typically take 7–21 business days after shipment.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, all items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- sizing issues
- change of mind
- general wear or use
- accidental damage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at olivia@timelessbabe.com.
Your email must include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a brief description of the problem
If approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement item (if available)
or - store credit
Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with original tags attached
- with the hygienic liner intact
Timeless Babe is not responsible for damage caused after wear, improper care, or normal use.

- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid rough surfaces to prevent snagging
To maintain color and quality, rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine.
Handle with care—your pieces are made to last, but delicate fabrics need a little extra love.
